Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of earrings are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless the item arrives damaged or is defective. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your earrings arrive damaged or are defective, please contact us immediately at returns@aurorasearrings.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

When you contact us, please include the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the damage or defect.
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue.

We will review the information and, if confirmed, offer you a replacement or a full refund. We may provide a pre-paid shipping label if the item needs to be returned to us.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, or if the item was purchased on sale.
